This is a quick, easy dessert that can be made last minute. Serve with our shortbread biscuits or meringues.
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons Icing Sugar
- 285g Whipping Cream
- 200g Champagne

Method
- Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
- Add icing sugar and whipping cream to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Whisk with filler cap fitted - 45 sec, speed 9
- Then add champagne to the kCook bowl
- Whisk with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 9
- Serve
