This is a quick, easy dessert that can be made last minute. Serve with our shortbread biscuits or meringues.




  1. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add icing sugar and whipping cream to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 45 sec, speed 9
  6. Then add champagne to the kCook bowl
  7. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 9
  8. Serve
