Ingredients

• 500g Cauliflower
• 40g Cheddar Cheese
• 300g Water
• 20g Unsalted Butter
• 40g Plain Flour
• 200g Milk

Tools

• Wooden spoon
• kCook Multi
• Kcook bowl
• Colander
• Medium bowl

Method

1. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
2. Add cauliflower and water to the kCook bowl
3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
5. Cook with filler cap removed - 15 min, 98°C
6. Drain content of kCook bowl into colander then set aside
7. Clean kCook bowl
8. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
9. Add unsalted butter to the kCook bowl
10. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
11. Attach lid to kCook bowl
12. Heat with filler cap removed - 1 min, 80°C, speed 3
13. Then add plain flour to the kCook bowl
14. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 110°C, speed 6
15. Then add milk to the kCook bowl
16. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 15 min, 98°C, speed 6
17. Then add cheddar cheese to the kCook bowl
18. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 5
19. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl
20. Clean kCook bowl
21. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
22. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
23. Return content of colander to kCook bowl
24. Return sauce to kCook bowl
25. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
26. Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 10
27. Serve
