This is a popular cocktail originating from Brazil. Perfect for summer barbeques.
Ingredients
- 60g Brown Sugar
- 1 Lime
- 200ml Cachaça
- Ice as needed
- Lime as needed

- Drinking glass
Method
- Fit max blade to kCook bowl
- Add brown sugar, lime and Cachaça to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Blend with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 12
- Add ice to the clean drinking glasses
- Pour cocktail into 4 drinking glasses
- Serve
- Garnish with lime
