Ingredients

• 200g White Cabbage
• 200g Red Cabbage
• 2 Peaches
• 150g Sliced Ham
• 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
• 150g Cheddar Cheese

Tools

• Wooden spoon
• kCook Multi
• Large glass bowl

Method

1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
3. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
4. Slice white cabbage, red cabbage and peach into a clean large glass bowl with direct prep attachment
5. Add olive oil to the large glass bowl
6. Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
7. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
8. Grate cheddar cheese into the large glass bowl with direct prep attachment
9. Add sliced ham to the large glass bowl
10. Toss
11. Serve
