  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  4. Fit slow cook plug to kCook bowl
  5. Add water to the kCook bowl
  6. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  7. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  8. Heat with filler cap removed - 104°C
  9. Add broccoli to the steamer tray to bottom tray
  10. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  11. Slice courgette into the steamer tray with direct prep attachment
  12. Fit
  13. Steam - 15 min, 104°C
  14. Transfer content of steamer tray to ceramic baking dish
  15. Add béchamel sauce to the ceramic baking dish
  16. Top with mozzarella cheese
  17. Bake - 10 min, 190°C
  18. Serve
