These muffins are a great source of energy with no added refined sugar. Bake a batch and enjoy through the week.

  1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  2. Line a clean muffin pan with paper muffin cups
  3. Attach the Creaming Beater
  4. Add banana to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  5. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  6. Mix with splashguard fitted until blended - 1 min, Speed 1
  7. Then add egg, plain yogurt and honey to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 1 min, Speed 1
  9. Then add wholemeal bread flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder and ground cinnamon to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 30 sec, Speed Min
  11. Then add blueberries and raspberries to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  12. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 30 sec, Speed Min
  13. Spoon content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl into muffin pan evenly
  14. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds, oats and dried banana
  15. Bake until golden brown - 30 min, 160°C
  16. Let cool on round wire rack
  17. Serve
