This vibrant red drink is made from the dried hibiscus flower sabdariffa and has various health benefits. It has a tart flavour so adjust the sweetness of this recipe to your liking. Best served cold over ice, it can also be warmed to drink as tea.




  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add hibiscus flowers, brown sugar, vanilla extract, nutmeg, ginger and water to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Cook with filler cap removed - 15 min, 100°C, speed 4
  6. Strain content of kCook bowl into jug and reserve liquid
  7. Chill overnight in fridge
  8. Serve
