Ingredients
200g Salted Butter
3 Egg Yolks
120g Granulated Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
280g All Purpose Flour
150g Icing Sugar
2 tablespoons Water

Rolling pin

Medium bowl
Lightly floured surface
Kcook bowl
Baking sheet - 18 x 13"
Method
Pre-heat oven - 190°C
Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper then set aside
Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
Add salted butter and granulated sugar to the kCook bowl
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Attach lid to kCook bowl
Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 6
Scrape
Add vanilla extract to the dough
Mix with filler cap removed and continue - 1 min, speed 6
Add egg yolk to the dough while machine is running
Scrape
Add all purpose flour to the dough
Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 4
Scrape
Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 4
Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
Roll out until 1/8" (5mm) thick
Cut into rounds
Bake until light golden - 10 min, 190°C
Let cool on round wire rack
Add icing sugar and water to a clean medium bowl
Mix until well combined
Divide the icing and use food colouring to make white, red, blue and black
Use the white icing to cover the biscuit
Use red icing to pipe blood vessels
Use blue to pipe the iris and black for the pupil of the eye
Serve
