- 100ml Water
- 300ml Aperol
- 600ml Prosecco
- 200ml Seltzer Water

If you enjoy an Aperol spritz then this version with orange and prosecco is for you- it's also a guaranteed crowd pleaser! You can crush the ice needed using the kCook Multi simply by working in batches using the max blade.

Method
- Fit max blade to kCook bowl
- Add orange and water to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Cook with filler cap fitted - 1 hr, 98°C, speed 3
- Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
- Strain content of kCook bowl into medium bowl and let cool
- Transfer content of medium bowl to 4 cocktail glasses
- Freeze - approx 1 hr
- Add ice, aperol, prosecco and seltzer water to the cocktail glasses
- Stir
- Serve
