A delicious cake like biscuit popular in Germany with both children and adults. We have piped ours into 4 cm rounds, but you can make them as big or small as you like, just remember it might affect the baking time.

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  3. Fit the Whisk Tool
  4. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  5. Whisk - 2 minutes, speed 4
  6. Add the next ingredients
  7. Whisk – 1 minute, speed 1
  8. Add the next ingredients
  9. Mix – 1 minute, speed Min
  10. Transfer the batter into a piping bag
  11. Pipe rounds about 4 cm wide, placing them 10 cm apart on the prepared baking tray
  12. Bake – 12 minutes, 180ºC
  13. Remove from the oven and let cool
  14. Add ingredients into a bowl
  15. Mix until combined then divide the icing in half
  16. Add cocoa powder to one half of the icing and mix until combined
  17. Transfer the icings into two separate piping bags
  18. Pipe half chocolate icing and half white icing on the flat side of the biscuits
  19. Let set
  20. Serve
