25g All Purpose Flour
25g Butter
1 Egg White
55g Caster Sugar
Flaked Almonds as needed

Cooling rack
Method
Pre-heat oven - 190°C
Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
Attach Whisk
Add egg white, caster sugar, all purpose flour and butter to the Kenwood Bowl
Mix with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 1
Spoon mixture into baking tray bit by bit
Smooth out into a thin circle about 8 cm in diameter using the back of the teaspoon
Sprinkle with flaked almonds
Bake until light golden - 6 min, 190°C
Remove from oven and let cool - 1 min
Lift gently with a palette knife and lay over a rolling pin to form a curved shape
