What should I use my coarse sieve for?

Use with the rough side up for removing fibres from cooked fruit and vegetables - for example rhubarb and spinach, puréeing fruit and vegetables such as bananas, cooked potatoes and making biscuit crumbs.

Use with the smooth side up for stoning cooked fruit - for example plums and damsons.

Please note that the sieve is not compatible with the glass bowl.
