What is the difference between the stir settings?

Speed 1 is a continuous stir at a slow speed, speed 2 is an intermittent stir with short pauses. It will operate every 5 seconds for 2 revolutions.Speed 3 is an intermittent stir with long pauses. Thiswilloperate on aslowspeedevery30 seconds.
