The Folding Tool perfectly folds in heavy ingredients without knocking out air, giving superior results on aerated mixtures like mousses and soufflés.
It is fully height adjustable in the same way as all Chef and Major bowl tools. It can be ordered from Kenwood directly on our website using part number AT511 for the Chef, or AT512 for the Major.
