What are the maximum capacities for my Chef/ Major kitchen machine?

The maximum capacities are as follows. Do not attempt to exceed these as doing so could damage your machine.
Chef - Short crust pastry - 680g flour, Fruit cake mix - 2.72kg totalmix, Stiff bread dough- 1.36g flour, Soft bread dough -1.3kg flour, Eggwhites - 12
Major - Short crust pastry - 910g flour, Fruit cake mix - 4.55kg total mix, Stiff bread dough - 1.5kg flour, Soft bread dough - 2.6kg flour, Egg whites – 16
