My Prospero food processor attachment does not work. What can I try?

If the food processor is not working, ensure the lid is on securely and the handle of the food processor attachment has been pulled as far clockwise as possible. The handle of the food processor should be above the 'W' in KENWOOD. Check the blender outlet cover (fast speed outlet) is locked as far clockwise as possible - it may click into place if new.
