Making chocolate fudge can be tricky but by following this recipe in the Cooking Chef the tasty treat can be created quickly and easily.




  1. Attach the Flexi Beater. Place the chocolate, the butter and the condensed milk into the bowl. Set the temperature to 80ºC and the speed to 2. Allow to cook for 7 minutes.
  2. Add the vanilla extract and beat for 2 minutes or until thicken.
  3. Pour into a 20cm x 20cm x 1.5cm tray lined with greaseproof paper. Allow to cool at least 2 hours in the fridge before slicing.


Cook's tip: Dust with icing sugar
