Stand Mixers Spiral dough tool
Ingredients 1 Strong flour 500 grams Salt 1 tsp. Sugar 1 Tbsp. Instant yeast 1.5 tsp. Ingredients 2 Water 250 grams warmOlive oil 1 Tbsp. White wine 2 Tbsp. Ingredients 3 Olive oil 1 Tbsp. Red onions 2 Ingredients 4 Rosemary 4 sprigs Sea salt 1 tsp. Olive oil 5 Tbsp. Ingredients 5 Balsamic vinegar 2 Tbsp.
Prep. (Before you begin) 1- Peel and trim the onion and cut into wedges.2- Destem the rosemary. Getting started 1- Fit the Spiral dough tool to the machine.2- Flour the large baking tray. Stage 1 1- Add Ingredients 1 (flour, salt, sugar, yeast) into the Mixer bowl.2- Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine, fit the splash guard.3- Mix on speed Min for about 1 minute. Stage 2 1- Add Ingredients 2 (water, oil, wine) into a jug.2- Start the machine on speed Min.3- Slowly pour contents of the jug into the Mixer bowl.4- Mix for 5 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.5- Cover with a damp tea towel. Stage 3 1- Pre heat the oven to 200°C.2- Add Ingredients 3 (oil, onion) in the medium bowl.3- Mix until coated. 4- Transfer the onions to the medium baking tray. 5- Roast for 20 minutes at 200°C. Stage 4 1- Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine, fit the splash guard.2- Mix on speed Min for about 1 minute to knock back the dough.3- Roll the dough out to fit the large baking tray. 4- Place the dough onto the tray and prick all over with a fork. 5- Scatter contents of the medium bowl over the dough.6- Scatter Ingredients 4 (rosemary, salt, oil) over the dough. Stage 5 1- Bake for 30 minutes at 200°C.2- Drizzle the bread with Ingredients 5 (vinegar).3- Serve.
