Makes: 1 batch

160 g fresh salmon, finely sliced
1  orange, peeled, finely sliced
  fine sea salt, as needed

For the gremolata
2  green chillies, deseeded, coarsely chopped
150 g red onion
10 g fresh dill
10 g fresh parsley
100 g extra virgin olive oil, plus extra for drizzling
1  orange, zest and juice

  • Knife Blade

  • 4 Serving plates

Instructions

STEP 1/3

Arrange salmon and orange slices on serving plates and season with salt.

STEP 2/3

Making the gremolata

Fit the Knife Blade.
Add chillies, onion, dill, parsley, orange juice and orange zest into the appliance bowl.
Blend for 20 seconds, until finely chopped.
Add olive oil.
Blend for 20 seconds, until incorporated.

STEP 3/3

Drizzle the gremolata over the salmon.
Drizzle with more olive oil.

 

Serve.
