Ingredients
350g Caster sugar
100g Plain Flour
3 Eggs
175g Butter
1tsp Vanilla Extract
1tsp Baking Powder
75g Cocoa powder
100g Chocolate chips

This is my recipe for Chocolate Brownies, they are ever so popular with my family and friends and I am always being asked to make them.
Method
Pre-heat the oven to 160°C, line and lightly grease a baking tray. In a bowl melt the butter, add the sugar and mix until combined. Beat the eggs and vanilla extract together then pour to the the butter and sugar and mix. Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and the chocolate chips to the mix and stir untill everything is nicely coated and mixed in. Pour into your lined and lightly greased baking tray (I find a rectangle one is best) and bake for 25-30 mins (or if you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean). Leave to cool and then cut into pieces. Wil cut into 15 pieces.
