We will always provide troubleshooting before booking you in for a repair or service, if you have a stand mixer, we find most of our customers’ issues can be solved with ourProduct Assistant, without needing to book in a repair. If your kitchen appliance is in warranty, we will book your repair in free-of-charge. You will need to have registered your product or send us proof of purchase to qualify.
