This simple, quick dish is great for last minute desserts. Only using 2 ingredients this mousse is still creamy and not overly sweet.

440 g whipping cream

450 g lemon curd

Instructions

Step 1

Fit the splashguard, then fit the Whisk Tool

Add whipping cream into the appliance bowl

Select the Whip preset and adjust the time - 2 minutes 20 seconds

Step 2

Add 2 Tbsp of the lemon curd into the bottom of the serving glasses

Add the rest of the lemon curd into the appliance bowl

Whisk until combined - 10 second, speed 4

Divide the mousse between the serving glasses.

Serve.
