“I was always a fan of the Kenwood Chef, but the kMix is a sheer delight to use. Not only does mine look rather dashing in baby blue, I've never used a mixer that works quite so well. And I've used a lot of them, including many of the industrial/commercial ones. What really hit home for me was the capacity of the kMix to knead wet bread doughs - it keeps everything together, unlike other mixers, and can take plenty of dough for three large loaves. I can out-knead other mixers by hand, but I can't quite keep up with this one.”
