Butter 100 grams
Golden syrup 2 Tbsp.
Dark muscovado sugar 100 grams
Milk 150 grams
Cocoa powder 2 Tbsp.
Ground cinnamon 1 tsp.
Plain flour 225 grams
Bicarbonate of soda 1/4 tsp.
Baking powder 2 tsp.
1- Fit the K beater to the machine.
2- Grease the pudding bowl.
1- Add Ingredients 1 (butter, syrup, sugar) into the small saucepan.
2- Heat on a medium heat until melted.
1- Add Ingredients 2 (milk, egg, cocoa powder, cinnamon, flour, bicarbonate of soda, baking powder) into the Mixer bowl.
2- Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine and fit the splash guard.
3- Transfer the contents of the saucepan into the Mixer bowl.
4- Mix on speed Min for 1 minute.
5- Transfer the contents of the Mixer bowl into the pudding bowl.
6- Lay a piece of foil on a worksurface.
7- Lay a piece of parchment paper on top.
8- Fold a seam in the middle.
9- Place over the pudding bowl, foil side up.
10- Tie a piece of string around the bowl, use more string to make a handle on top of the bowl.
11- Place the pudding bowl into the large saucepan.
12- Pour hot water into the saucepan so it reaches halfway up the pudding bowl.
13- Place the saucepan on a medium high heat so the water simmers.
14- Cover the saucepan with a lid.
15- Steam for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
