250 g μανιτάρια κάστανο, coarsely chopped
2  σκελίδες σκόρδο, peeled, destemmed, crushed
50 g φρέσκο ​​κρεμμυδάκι, trimmed
400 g ρεβίθια κονσέρβα, drained, rinsed
1  μαγειρεμένο παντζάρι
1 spsk medium curry powder
½  λεμόνι, zest of, juice of
85 g φρυγανιά ολικής αλέσεως, fresh
  Brie, as needed, cut into 2 cm cubes
  λάδι, as needed

  • Food Mincer Attachment
  • Fine Screen

TRIN 1/3

Line the baking tray with parchment paper
Attach the Food Mincer attachment and fit the Fine Screen 
Place a large mixing bowl underneath the attachment
Start the machine on speed 4
Add mushrooms, garlic, spring onions, chickpeas and beetroot into the Food Mincer attachment
Using the pusher, gently push the food down the feed tube
Remove the attachment from the machine

TRIN 2/3

Add curry powder, lemon zest and juice and breadcrumbs into the large mixing bowl
Mix with a spoon until combined
Form the mixture into equal size balls
Add brie in the middle of each ball
Form a patty around it

TRIN 3/3

Add oil into a large frying pan
Heat over a medium-high heat until hot
Fry the burgers, one at a time, on both sides until browned
