Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine.
Add Ingredients 1 (oil) into the Mixer bowl, fit the splash guard.
Heat at 120ºC on speed 4.
Add Ingredients 2 (onion, leek, garlic, dried spices) to the bowl.
Heat at 120ºC, on speed 4 for about 10 minutes.
Add Ingredients 3 (tomatoes, lentils, potato, chickpeas, peppers, orange peel, stocks) into the Mixer bowl.
Heat at 98ºC, on speed 3 for about 60 minutes.
Discard the orange peel.
Serve.
