1 Tbsp. instant coffee granules
2 Tbsp. cane sugar
1 Tbsp. dried garlic
1 tsp. cumin
1.5 tsp. sea salt

Instructions
STEP 1/3
Coarsely chop the chilli.
STEP 2/3
Add the Ingredients (chilli, coffee, sugar, garlic, cumin, salt) into the mini chopper.
Attach the Mini chopper to the machine.
Pulse until all the ingredients are combined.
STEP 3/3
Massage the rub into your chosen meat.
