Mango Lassi

A cool and refreshing drink made with fresh mangoes, yoghurt and milk with a hint of cardamom. It makes a perfect accompaniment to spicy dishes or served as a cooling drink on a hot day.

Ingredients

Servings: 4
Makes:

330 g mango, cut into cubes
80 g water
570 g natural yoghurt
270 g milk
3 Tbsp honey
0.25 tsp ground cardamom


Instructions

STEP 1/2

Add mango and water into the Blender attachment
Pulse until pureed

STEP 2/2

Add natural yoghurt, milk, honey and ground cardamom into the Blender attachment
Pulse until combined
Remove the attachment from the machine
Pour the mixture into serving glasses

 

Serve
Serve immediately

 

Substitutions:
Honey can be replaced with granulated sugar or caster sugar
Fresh mango can be replaced with tinned mango
