50g rolled oats
25g rye flakes
10g desiccated coconut
2tbsp brown linseeds
20g dried cranberries
15g dried goji berries
250ml apple juice
1 apple, cored
1 pear, cored
1 carrot, peeled
100g mixed nuts & seeds of your choice (we used hazelnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds & pumpkin seeds)
75g greek yogurt
1 plum, pitted & sliced to serve
1 - In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, rye, coconut, linseeds and dried fruit with the apple juice. Cover with cling film and leave to soak overnight.
2 - In the morning, just before serving, fit your Multipro Classic food processor with the coarse grater plate and shred the apple, pear and carrot. Add these to the bowl of soaked oats.
3 - Fit the Multipro with the small processor bowl and chopping blade and pulse the nuts and seeds until coarsely chopped.
4 - Add these to the oats bowl, with the yogurt and combine.
5 - Divide between four serving bowls, top with sliced plum and serve.
