Unsalted butter200g- at room temperature, cubed
Ingredients 2
Icing sugar200g
Ingredients 3
Brandy3 Tbsp


Getting started
Fit the Creaming beater to the machine

Ready to Make
Stage 1

  1. Add Ingredients 1 (butter) into the Mixer bowl
  2. Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine and fit the splash guard
  3. Mix on speed 2 for about 1 minute until light and fluffy

Stage 2
  1. Add Ingredients 2 (icing sugar) into the Mixer bowl
  2. Start the machine on speed Min and gradually increase speed
  3. Mix on speed 2 for about 1 minute until combined
  4. Scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula

Stage 3 
  1. Add Ingredients 3 (brandy) into the Mixer bowl
  2. Mix on speed 2 for 30 seconds until combined
  3. Transfer the butter to a clean jar
  4. Refrigerate until ready to use
