Ask us a question

My kMix Kitchen Machine will not start. What can I do?

Our kitchen machines are equipped with a slow-start motor and there is a delay before the motor starts.

This is normal and minimises spillages and is beneficial for all recipes.

It also prevents accidental processing. If the head lift has been lifted, or an overload occurs, the machine will cut out.

At this point it is necessary to reset the machine before reuse. In order to do this, lower the head if raised, turn the speed dial to zero and allow several seconds before restarting the machine.

It is advisable to gradually then increase the speed.
