Cherry and Red Wine Compote. Try serving with duck, beef or gammon, alternatively serve with meringues and cream as a dessert.
Ingredients
- 600g Cherries
- 20g Butter
- 40g Muscovado Sugar
- 150g Red Wine
- 1 Vanilla Bean Pod

Method
- Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
- Add butter and muscovado sugar to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Heat with filler cap removed - 100°C, speed 3
- Then add cherries to the kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 120°C, speed 3
- Then add red wine and vanilla bean pod to the kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed - 15 min, 98°C, speed 4
- Serve
