Shipping details
We will take care of the shipment of your order as soon as your purchase is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email including your shipment tracking link to keep your delivery status monitored directly on the shipping carrier’s website.
Standard shipping is free of charge for orders above €35 while a shipping fee of €6 will be applied on orders below this amount.
Delivery timing depends on ordered products, addresses and shipment methods. During sales or promotional periods, shipments might take slightly longer than expected.
Remember to provide a residential delivery address and a valid phone number when placing your order.
Please note that it is not possible to deliver your orders abroad.
For safety reasons, the following products will be delivered exclusively through standard shipping: portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers and descalers.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is something we take very seriously.
If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items purchased on our Official website within 30 days from their shipment for a full refund of their purchase price.
How to proceed:
Please observe the following steps:
1.a Access to your private account area (for registered members)
1.b Access to the order page sent by email (for guest members)
2. Click the RETURN button on the top right of the page
3. Select the product you want to return
4. Download the pre-paid return label and document
5. Put the return document inside the parcel and close the box (the products have to be returned in their original packaging)
6. Stick the UPS return label on the box
7. Either take the parcel to the nearest UPS station and drop it off or book a home pick up for free
(For home pick up please contact UPS by the official company phone line or website)
The tracking back will be shown and updated on your order confirmation page.
Please mind that pre-paid return labels can be used within 30 days from your return request date.
If you choose a different delivery service for your return, we kindly ask you to note that return shipping cost will be defined by the courier at customers’ expense and we will not be able to track your parcel and to keep you updated on the return status.
We will not assume any responsibility for damages or loss that occurs to those goods after they're delivered to you.

W przypadku zwrotu, prosimy umieścić wszystkie poniższe rzeczy w oryginalnym opakowaniu:
- Nieużywany produkt zapakowany w oryginale opakowanie.
- Akcesoria znajdujące się fabrycznie w opakowaniu.
- Wszystkie pozostałe akcesoria dołączone do zamówionego produktu (również bezpłatne prezenty oraz vochery rabatowe).
- Broszurę gwarancyjną.
- Instrukcję obsługi.
Rimborsi
I prodotti resi (inutilizzati nelle loro condizioini e confezioni originali) verranno rimborsati dopo ricezione e verifica nei nostri magazzini.
Tutti i rimborsi avverranno tramite il metodo di pagamento originale utilizzato entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione della merce.
Il rimborso dei pagamenti potrà essere sospeso fino a quando la Società non avrà ricevuto il Prodotto restituito o il Consumatore non avrà fornito la prova di averlo rispedito, secondo la situazione che si verifica per prima. Dopo aver ricevuto la restituzione del Prodotto in conformità con le Condizioni Generali di vendita, la Società emetterà una nota di credito per il rispettivo importo.
