1 whole egg
1 cup of sugar
2 cups self raising flour
Devondale full cream milk
Devondale unsalted butter
Blueberry jam (optional)


1 - Add 1 whole egg, 1 cup of sugar, 2 cups of self raising flour & devondale full cream milk into the kenwood food processor.
2 - Mix until the batter becomes a nice thick texture.
3 - Pour the batter in a piping bag (any other plastic bag will also do the trick), cut a small hole to have optimal control over the how much batter comes out.
4 - Add a cube of butter into a heated pan, wait till butter melts and covers the pan evenly.
5 - Now add the pancake batter in small circles in the pan, wait till you see small bubbles appear on the surface and flip the mini-pancakes.
6 - Remove mini-pancakes from the pan when golden brown and into a bowl.
7 - Add some more butter and blueberry jam on top to taste.
