⅛ teaspoon fine sea salt

1 - Heat a cup of water in a pan.
2 - Add a spoonful of sugar.
3 - Add a box of perfection fresh blueberries, stir until it becomes liquid.
4 - Pour heavy cream milk into kenwood, whisk until it becomes cream.
5 - Get all cream into a tin, pour blueberry jam on the top.
6 - Cool it down for 40mins in the fridge.
7 - Ready to serve.
