230 g plain flour
50 g muscovado sugar
0.5 tsp. bicarbonate of soda
  salt, to taste


50 g plain yoghurt
50 g butter, melted
150 g eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract


450 ml sour cream


Instructions

STEP 1/5

Attach the CookEasy+ Bowl to the machine

Fit the Whisk Tool to the CookEasy+Bowl

STEP 2/5

Add Ingredients 1 (flour, sugar, bicarbonate of soda, salt) into the bowl

Attach the lid and ensure the Filler Cap is in place

Whisk on speed 5 for 1 minute

STEP 3/5

Add Ingredients 2 (yoghurt, butter, egg, vanilla) into the bowl

Whisk on speed 5 for 3 minutes

STEP 4/5

Add Ingredients 3 (sour cream) into the bowl

Whisk on speed 5 for 2 minutes

Place a frying pan over a medium-high heat

Ladle a small amount of batter to the frying pan

Fry each side until golden brown, about 1 minute each side

STEP 5/5

Serve with fruit compotes, sweet sauces or bacon
