Ingredients

Servings: 1

60 g tarama paste (cod roe)
1½   onion, finely chopped
30 ml lemon juice
330 ml olive oil
45 g soft bread without crust, white, crustless


Instructions

STEP 1/3

Combine bread in a bowl with enough cold water to cover and stand until soft (2-3 minutes), then squeeze excess water from bread and transfer to a food processor.

STEP 2/3

Add the tarama paste, onion and lemon juice and process until smooth.

STEP 3/3

With the motor running, add olive oil in a thin steady stream and process until smooth and emulsified. Refrigerate until required.
