Destalk the parsley, mint and dill
Combine ingredients 1 (bulgur wheat, hot water) in a small bowl
Cover the bowl with a plate and set aside whilst you prepare the vegetables
Assemble the Food Processor Attachment
Fit the knife blade
Add ingredients 2 (destalked parsley, mint, dill), into the FP bowl
Select Max speed for 20 seconds until finely chopped
Transfer the chopped herbs into a medium mixing bowl
Add the first item of ingredients 3 (tomatoes), into the FP bowl
Use the pulse function in 3-4 short burst to roughly chop
Transfer the chopped tomatoes into the salad
Add the remaining ingredients 3 (cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, all spice, cinnamon) into the salad
Transfer the soaked bulgur wheat into the salad and stir to combine
Serve or refrigerate
