Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
Fit the Stir tool to the machine
Attach the Cooking Chef bowl to the machine
Add Ingredients 1 (sugar, pectin) into the Cooking Chef bowl, fit the splash guard
Mix on Speed 1 for 1 minute until combined
Add Ingredients 2 (strawberries) into the Cooking Chef bowl
Mix on speed Min for 30 seconds until combined
Leave to marinate for 10 minutes
Cook at 110ºC on Speed Stir 1 for 40 minutes until thickens
Scrape down the bowl
Increase the cooking time if required
Add Ingredients 3 (lemon juice) into the Cooking Chef bowl
Mix on Speed Stir 1 for 1 minute until incorporated
Carefully remove the splash guard to allow the steam escape
Leave to cool
Pour the jam into the sterilised jars
Transfer the jar to the fridge and keep refrigerated
