Ingredients

200 g raw shrimps
2  garlic cloves
1  carrot
1 stick of lemongrass
1  leek
2 stems fresh coriander


200 g shrimps
1  carrot
50 g bamboo shoots
1  spring onion
1  garlic clove, peeled and grated
2  brown mushrooms
1  soy sauce
  fish sauce
1  ginger


Instructions

STEP 1/2

Mix the ingredients with a little water

Add the water and reduce over low heat at 90° at speed 6 for 20min

STEP 2/2

Mix everything and put in the sheets of ravioli then seal with an egg

Cook in a steam basket at 120° for 5min

Serve with fresh soybeans, noodles and enoki mushrooms
