Ingredients
2 tomatoes, chilled, halved
200 g red onion, trimmed, peeled, halved
2 red chilli, desseeded, finely chopped
10 g coriander, destalked
1 lime, juice of
Instructions
STEP 1/3
Assemble the Dicer attachment to the machine
Fit the dicing grid into the feed tube
Attach the lid and ensure it is securely closed
Place a large mixing bowl below the Dicer attachment
STEP 2/3
Dice the first two items of Ingredients 1 (tomatoes, red onion) into the large mixing bowl, using the pusher
Add the remaining Ingredients 1 (red chilli, coriander, lime juice) into the large mixing bowl
STEP 3/3
Stir to combine
