Ingredients

200 grams medjool dates
50 grams cashew nuts
50 grams roasted peanuts
50 grams oats


1  peanut butter
1.5  coconut oil
25 grams desiccated coconut
20 grams chia seeds
15 grams whey protein


50 grams dark chocolate chips


Instructions

STEP 1/5

Pit the dates.

Melt the coocnut oil.

STEP 2/5

Fit the Food processor attachment to the machine.

STEP 3/5

Add Ingredients 1 (dates, nuts, oats) into the food processor.

Attach the lid.

Pulse until the contents are finely chopped.

STEP 4/5

Add Ingredients 2 (peanut butter, oil, coconut, chia seeds, whey) to the processor.

Pulse until the mixture starts to come together.

STEP 5/5

Transfer the mixture into a large bowl.

Add Ingredients 3 (chocolate) into the bowl.

Mix until combined.

Form the mixture into tablespoon sized balls.

Place in a sealed container and keep in the fridge.

Serve.
