Peach and vanilla purée
A tasty quick purée to use in cocktails, mocktails, breakfasts and desserts. We have used tinned peaches, but you can use fresh, ripe ones. Just make sure to peel and dice them.

300 g canned peaches
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp honey

Fit the Knife Blade
Add peaches, vanilla extract, and honey into the appliance bowl
Select the Puree preset.
Serve.
Tinned peaches can be replaced with peeled, stoned and halved fresh peaches.
