Ingredients

Servings: 8

3 tsp dried yeast
120 g water
3 Tbsp olive oil
250 g plain flour
0.5 tsp salt


Instructions

STEP 1/3

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Line the baking tray with parchment paper.
Fit the Lasagne Roller attachment to the machine.
Adjust the setting to 0.
Sprinkle some flour between the rollers.

STEP 2/3

Add the yeast and water into a small bowl.
Let rest for 5 minutes.

STEP 3/3

Add olive oil, flour and salt into a large mixing bowl.
Mix with a spoon until combined.
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface.
Knead for 10 minutes until a smooth dough forms.
Divide the dough into 2 equal pieces.

 

Transfer the dough into the Lasagne Roller attachment.
Pass the dough through the rollers.
Turn the dough over and pass through the rollers again.
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface.
With a round cutter, cut out circles, approx. 5 cm in diameter. 
Add your preferred topping to each circle.
Place the mini pizzas on the prepared baking tray.
Bake at 200ºC for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
