3  greek yoghurts
1  mango
1  lemon, juice only
1 pinch salt
0.5 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 pinch ground coriander
1 pinch ground cumin
2 sprigs fresh mint


Instructions

STEP 1/2

Cut the mango into small cubes

Add 1/2 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger, the juice of a lemon, the spices (1 pinch of each) and mix with the yogurt

STEP 2/2

Add the fresh mint when serving
