For the drink
600 g whole milk yoghurt, or homemade yoghurt
300 g water
0.5 tsp salt
3-4 mint leaves, optional, destalked
1 garlic clove, optional, peeled, halved
To finish
ice cubes, as needed
fresh mint sprigs

Instructions
STEP 1/2
Add yoghurt, water, salt, mint and garlic to the ThermoResist Glass Blender
Assemble the ThermoResist Glass Blender attachment to the machine
Attach the lid and ensure it is securely closed
Blend until smooth
STEP 2/2
Serve in tall glasses over ice
Garnish with fresh mint sprigs
