Add oil into the Appliance bowl.
Heat for 1 minute at 120ºC, speed off.
Add chilli and garlic.
Cook for 2 minutes at 120ºC, on speed Stir 2, until fragrant.
Add prawns.
Cook for 2 minutes at 120ºC, on speed Stir 2, until softened.
Transfer the prawns into a clean bowl using a slotted spoon, drain extra liquid from the Appliance bowl.
Add honey, soy sauce and ginger purée into the Appliance bowl.
Cook for 3 minutes at 120ºC, on speed Stir 1, until fragrant.
Add cornflour and water into a clean bowl and mix to combine.
Transfer the cornflour mixture into the Appliance bowl.
Cook for 3 minutes at 95ºC, on speed Stir 2, until thickened.
Add the sauce to prawns and stir until coated.
