500 grams bread flour
2 tsp. salt
7 grams dried yeast
80 grams olive oil
300 grams warm water


  olive oil, as needed
  sea salt, as needed


Instructions

STEP 1/3

Fit the Spiral dough tool to the machine.

Grease the large baking tray.

STEP 2/3

Add Ingredients 1 (flour, salt, yeast, oil, water) into the Mixer bowl.

Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine and fit the splash guard.

Mix on speed 1 for 2 minutes.

Mix on speed 2 for 8 minutes.

Transfer the dough onto the baking tray.

Gently stretch and pat the dough to cover the tray and is about 2 cm high.

Cover with oiled cling film.

Leave to prove for 1 hour.

STEP 3/3

Pre heat the oven to 200ºC.

Using your fingertips, press indents all over the dough.

Drizzle the first of Ingredients 2 (oil) over the dough.

Sprinkle the rest of Ingredients 2 (salt) over the dough.

Bake for 25 minutes at 200°C.

Leave to cool.

Serve.
