A quick and tasty chicken noodle dish made with just five ingredients. Serve with some steamed broccoli and sliced spring onions for extra flavour and texture.
Making the honey marinade
Fit the Knife Blade.
Add garlic cloves into the Appliance bowl.
Pulse until chopped and then scrape the bowl.
Then add honey and soy sauce.
Blend for 10 seconds on speed 1.
Add 1-2 Tbsp vegetable oil into a frying pan or wok.
Heat until hot on a high heat.
Then add chicken.
Fry for 4-5 minutes on a high heat.
They add the honey marinade.
Stir fry until the chicken is cooked through for 5-10 minutes on a high heat.
Tip: Add a little water if the mixture starts to stick or thicken too quickly.
Add water into a saucepan.
Heat until boiling on a high heat.
Then add egg noodles.
Heat until just softened for 3-5 minutes on a high heat.
Transfer the noodles into the frying pan.
Stir fry for 1 minute on a high heat.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Divide the noodles between four serving bowls.
To serve
Garnish with broccoli, spring onions or sesame seeds (optional).
