Ingredients

50 grams butter
2  peanut butter
3  honey


2  bananas
1  apple
50 grams hot water


250 grams rolled oats
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
85 grams dried apricots
100 grams raisins
25 grams sunflower seeds
25 grams pumpkin seeds
30 grams linseeds


Instructions

STEP 1/5

Peel and mash the banana.

Peel, core and grate the apple.

Coarsely chop the apricots.

STEP 2/5

Fit the K beater to the machine.

Pre heat the oven to 160°C.

Grease the square tin.

STEP 3/5

Add Ingredients 1 (butter, peanut butter, honey) into the saucepan.

Heat over a low heat until all the ingredients have melted.

Transfer the contents of the saucepan into the Mixer bowl.

STEP 4/5

Add Ingredients 2 (banana, apple, water) into the Mixer bowl.

Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine and fit the splash guard.

Mix on speed 1 for 1 minute .

STEP 5/5

Add Ingredients 3 (oats, cinnamon, apricots, raisins, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, linseeds) into the Mixer bowl.

Mix on speed 1 for 1 minute .

Pour the mixture into the square tin and level.

Bake for 35 minutes at 160°C.

Leave to cool.

Serve.
